morning drive rush hour, glaringly red tail lights that are irritating to the sleepy crusty eyes, lane changes, getting honked at, crazy new york drivers and truckers, urges to pee/poop while sitting in traffic (rather be sitting on a toilet), frozen feet (even with the heater on...i have bad circulation), mom calling to make sure i drive safely (i've done it 100 times already mommmm). ALL this is worth it as long as i have
my npr(93.9fm)! oh steve and renee, you two are wonderful human beings! and um carl kasell, you're great, too, but you make too many masticating saliva "naap naap" sounds. try listening for it. that'll be all you hear. bush, iraq, sports, economy, whatever the news becomes "waah waah waah" and all you hear is the "naap naap." try it.
anyway, support your local public radio station! and convert people to listen to npr!
